Juventus' current CEO Beppe Marotta was present during the 6th edition of the Ghirelli award in Turin. Marotta gave some thoughts to Sky Sport, starting with his thoughts on Carlo Ancelotti, who was also at the event, and comparing him to Allegri: "We are close. We are extremely happy and proud of Allegri's work and continuing with Max is a fact that's not up for debate. Marotta closed on Lazio-Juventus, and on Simone Inzaghi: "Inzaghi? He has put together a competitive squad and is one of the emergent coaches: he should have a great career. We are happy to go ahead with Allegri who has a multi-year contract: he has brought us results."
