Juventus' attack may look quite different next season. The only strikers assured of staying in Turin are Dybala and Mandzukic, while Zaza is pondering an offer from Wolfsburg in addition to Swansea's interest. In meantime, Juventus has an open slot after Real Madrid exercised their option to buy back Morata, but at least the bianconeri have been preparing for this outcome for quite some time. Here are the potential replacements for Morata:
The top target is Alexis Sanchez, a player they pursued while he was at Barcelona before Arsenal acquired him. Juventus never stopped monitoring him. Another former target that is still being considered is Bayern Munich's Mario Goetze, the bianconeri inquired about his availability last January when he wasn't very comfortable at the German club. But now the conditions are different and it's not certain he will leave. Juventus is also interested in Gabriel Jesus, a promising Brazilian striker born in 1997 who is also linked to Inter, he's expected to leave Palmeiras.
Edinson Cavani is another name being considered, the former Napoli striker has yet to extend his contract with Paris St Germain, until that happens Juventus will monitor his situation. A few months ago the bianconeri had contacted him, they had reached an agreement in principle since Cavani wasn't happy trying to fit in with Ibrahimovic. There is also Lukaku in the mix, but between the high costs of acquiring him and Chelsea's interest it would be a tough deal to pull off.
There are also some potential surprises: one of which is Lazio's Keita Balde- but so far there hasn't been contact with Lotito. Allegri has given his approval on Ciro Immobile, who came up in Juve's youth system and is owned by Sevilla. But his potential arrival is tied to Zaza leaving and Juventus' strategy would be to acquire him on loan: but it would be a complicated situation since Immobile is aware he wouldn't have much space at Juventus.
Finally there are also two new names on Marotta's list that come from the current Euro. Arkadiusz Milik, Poland's central striker currently at Ajax as well as Michy Batshuay who is representing Belgium and who is owned by Marseille. Juventus has a long list of potential replacement for Morata.
