Despite the negotiations carried out by Jorge Mendes with Wolverhampton, Portuguese International and right-back João Cancelo is in fact not convinced to accept the proposal to the Premier League side. Currently owned by Valencia in Spain, he was loaned out to Inter for this past season, but is said to be on the move in the summer transfer market.
Juventus are now said to be trying to hijack the Wolves' deal: Valencia asks for 40 million euros for the player, with Juventus looking for a solution of a 'loan with an obligation to buy'. Therefore, the two clubs are trying to find a solution for the player - if it is not found, then the player could accept a move to England.
