Juventus has inserted itself into the chase for Quaison. There remains interest from Sampdoria, Watford, and Birmingham City for the midfielder currently at Palermo. There was contact today between Juventus sporting director Marotta and Palermo president Zamparini, as Juventus hopes to reap the benefit of Quaison's expiring contract to buy him for favorable terms. The initial proposal is €2.8m, and to leave the young Swede at Palermo for the remainder of the season. Juventus' offer could be enough to sway Palermo, who from Sampdoria received a bid of €400k for an 18-months loan with a €2.4 purchase obligation.
