Interviewed by 'ICON', a magazine of 'El Pais', Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about his first season at Juventus, but also much more.
The first thing I do when I arrive at a new club is to be myself. My work ethic is always the same. You have to be humble, to know that you don't know everything. If you are smart, you get little things that make you better as an athlete. At Juventus, I adapted perfectly, they saw that there is nothing false about me.
"It's true, I felt pressure from an early age. When I arrived in Madrid, I was the most expensive player in history. In Manchester, after winning my first Golden Ball at the age of 23, people were already thinking: 'Look, this has to be the top.' For the last 10-12 years, I've always had this extra pressure. Coaching in the future? I don't rule it out".
