The future of Cristiano Ronaldo is the theme that will hold the main spot in the last week of the transfer market. The (initial) bench against Udinese caused media hype after the rumors of the last few days involving the Portuguese striker.
Only one team could allow Ronaldo to leave Juventus: Manchester City. There is no PSG in the running, regardless of Mbappé's possible passage to Real Madrid. Ronaldo-Manchester City is a difficult operation because it is close to the end of the summer market session, but the Citizens are monitoring the situation as the CR7 agent, Jorge Mendes, is "flirting" with the English club.
A complicated business, especially for the figures. Juventus, in fact, would like at least 25/30 million euros for the player's card. City, on the other hand, would not want to spend any money and would have to sell Sterling first to go on Ronaldo. For the English striker, however, there are no satisfactory offers.
Another point concerns the possible technical counterpart to be included in the deal. Juventus would like Gabriel Jesus, but Guardiola does not consider him out of his project.
