Juventus won their fourth consecutive match, defeating Atalanta 3-1 in a complicated match that saw Higuain score twice and Dybala with a late winner. Manager Maurizio Sarri spoke to the press after the match.

"It was a beautiful match, with a lot of rhythm and intensity. It didn't even seem like a Serie A match. We suffered, especially after their penalty we got away from our style of play. Atalanta had a hand the match in hand and deserved the lead, then we were lucky to tie in a confusion action and a difficult moment. Then we believed in ourselves and played well to win."

"We tried to stop them from pushing and lowering the wingers to take the match over. With our formation it wasn't easy. With three midfielders you suffer in the defensive phase, it's an important job for the central midfielders. We suffered with the width of the opponents because we covered the ball just a little on their side of the pitch. I wanted that the wingers would go forward, while often we were in the middle of the road. We wasted a lot of energy. Beating Atalanta is difficult for everyone. Guardiola was right about them."

"Today with two attackers? The match was this, they were taking us forward and were looking for one on ones. We wanted to open the spaces and did poorly at the beginning, but better in the last 20 minutes. Cristiano Ronaldo? I hope he's there on Tuesday. He needed to rest to recover from his injury that affected his training. The management of CR7 will depend on his future sensations, his eventual mental and physical fatigue. He chose to train without overworking his knee, and I'm in agreement. The knee is solid but always played with pain affects you and exhausts you mentally. I met his needs. Bernardeschi took a hit to the diaphragm I believe, he had the felling to vomit but I hope it's nothing significant."
