James Rodriguez could leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season. The Colombian arrived in Germany last summer on a two year loan from Real Madrid, with an option to make the move permanent for 42 million euros, but could leave the Bundesliga giants if his minutes don't increase.
Last season he made 39 appearances and scored 8 goals while providing 14 assists, but this season he has not featured regularly due to different physical problems, and has only made 11 appearances. "If I have to leave because I don't play, I'll do it," Rodriguez said during a meeting with the fans in the town of Straubing. "I would like to stay here, however, because I feel the love of the fans and the whole Bayern family.". It remains to be seen how this appeal for more playing time will sit with current manager, Niko Kovac.
