Italy, El Shaarawy tests positive for coronavirus

Stefan El Shaarawy received a positive coronavirus test, the sole positive in the Italy squad. It was cause for Mancini's press conference to be delayed. The confirmation of the positive came from professor Ferretti in the press conference: "This morning we received the results of testing conducted yesterday evening, of which all returned negative results except for Stefan El Shaarawy who was found to be carrying a low viral load. While awaiting a second swab test a serological test was administerd which gave a negative outcome," the doctor explained.
