These are intense hours for Inter. With Romelu Lukaku set to join Chelsea, the nerazzurri are working on their future: while on one hand they are working to bring in Dumfries after Dzeko arrived in Milano yesterday, they are also looking to sign a key player to an extension.
Inter have scheduled a meeting with Lautaro Martinez' entourage with the intent of agreeing to a new contract since the current deal expires in 2023.
The meeting will take place in Milano to understand if there are the conditions to agree to a new deal through 2026.
In the meantime, Lautaro's agent spoke to TyCSports about the situation:"He won't leave Inter despite the offers from English clubs. Lautaro is concentrated on Inter and he loves this club. We'll meet next week to discuss new contract, he wants to stay: we'll see"
