Inter winger Biabiany turns down Chelsea's offer

While Jonathan Biabiany appreciates Chelsea's interest, the French winger has decided to turn their offer as he's looking for a long term solution to leave Inter. The Blues had offered to acquire him on loan until the end of the season, Biabiany also felt he would have only played in case of an emergency.
