Inter, Vecino will take medicals on Tuesday: details of the transfer

The deal for Fiorentina's Matias Vecino is just about completed: the midfielder will be joining Spalletti's Inter. A fee for the Uruguayan has been set, per the release clause in the player's contract, at €24m, payable in two parts. €12m will be paid this season, and the second €12 paid the next. On Tuesday, Vecino will take his medicals, accompanied by his agent Alessandro Lucci. After they've been completed, the player will sign a four-year contract at €2.5m per season net of taxes, which can rise to €3m including Vecino's image rights.
