Inter collected a point from the derby d'Italia with their 1-1 draw with Juventus. The result helps progress Inter towards a Champions League spot, while Juventus, already crowned scudetto winners, managed a result thanks to a Cristiano Ronaldo equalizer. After the match, coach of the nerazzurri Luciano Spalletti spoke to DAZN about it: "In the first half we commanded the match, there were errors in several occasions, but we needed to score, which is not easy. We needed to maintain the same quality of play in the second half but we didn't do that. They took advantage of a little opening to punish us. We were not able to cover them in tight spaces."
Also commenting to Sky Sport about his future, Spalletti made these remarks: "I would stay here another 100 years, I have seen the support of the fans and the emotions coming to the San Siro. Inter is better off making the best decision for them, if they want to end my participation so be it. They need to make their decisions and protect Inter above all else.
