Inter, Spalletti: "There are dangers in facing Udinese. Transfer market? We will wait for the president"

Inter are first in Serie A as the calendar moves closer to the new year. They will face Udinese in Serie A, coming on the heels of a narrow win in penalties over Pordenone to move ahead in the Coppa Italia in midweek. The coach of Inter, Luciano Spalletti, commented during his press conference ahead of the match, starting with their most recent opponents: "Pordenone? I think that it is wrong to say that the players were not committed or that they underestimated the opposition. The entire team has recovered, even those who were tired. The players are all ready to be selected against Udinese. Oddo? I know him as a coach, I have talked to some of the players that he had at Pescara about him, he is an intelligent and attentive coach. This could be a dangerous match, from the players they have to the coach, and it could even be their colors, given that they wear black and white. Transfer market? We need to be careful. Until the president declares what the intentions will be, we must all work in silence. In the summer, the same thing happened: creating expectations that are too high. It is not fair to the fans or to the players, but especially it's not good for Inter's results."
