The time for the long awaited announcement is finally here. Tomorrow Inter will officially confirm that they reached an agreement with Mauro Icardi on a contract extension through 2021. The deal between sporting director Ausilio and the striker's entourage lead by Wanda Nara was reached in mid August. Icardi will earn about €4.5 million a season net of taxes including his marketing rights in addition to some bonuses. The striker's entourage confirmed that the new contract will feature an exit clause for €110 million valid only for clubs outside of Italy. Considering that both Juventus and Napoli tried to sign Icardi during the summer, Inter wanted to avoid seeing their captain leave for a rival team in Serie A. Icardi and Inter will continue their journey together.
