Inter have always had an affinity for Argentine talents and now they have set their sights on Nicolas Gonzalez. The Argentinos Junior talent born in ‘98 is commonly known as Nico, his goals and assists have impressed the nerazzurri who have already received the player’s approval for a potential transfer to Italy.
In fact about three weeks ago, Gonzalez and his agents were in Italy to address some bureaucratic matters concerning his passport which will soon be EU compliant, this trip was also an opportunity to reach an agreement with Inter on financial terms. The nerazzurri will now try to do the same with Argentinos Junior who are currently asking for €10 million, Inter could complete the deal in synergy with another Italian club like Sassuolo or Bologna, where the player could gain some experience in Serie A.
Inter will however face competition from Paris St Germain, who have expressed interest in the past day, but the Italian club is confident they have anticipated the competition by already having the player’s approval. Nicolas Gonzalez could be heading to Serie A next season
