Palermo is looking to find a defensive reinforcement for Eugenio Corini, and the club has shown interest in Ranocchia. Sassuolo have also demonstrated interest in the player, although they have not yet taken any concrete steps in pursuing a potential deal. However, if Acerbi ends up going to Leicester, then the Inter defender could be of use. Palermo and Sassuolo are both after Ranocchia.
