Yuto Nagatomo could soon leave Inter after eight seasons and head to Turkey. The Nerazzurri are in fact in advanced talks with Galatasaray over the Japanese full-back, as the Turkish club have edged Spanish side Real Betis in the race to sign him. The deal could be closed in the next few hours.
