Inter went through the initial anxiety of having to deal with a long injury for Gary Medel. Luckily, the club was able to breathe a sigh of relief after the diagnosis. This morning the Chilean midfielder underwent surgery in Barcelona. The surgery went perfectly, here is the official statement from Inter’s website:
“Gary Medel underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee today in Barcelona. Professor Ramon Cugat successfully completed the operation. Watching over the surgery was Doctor Alessandro Corsini, member of the Inter medical staff team”.
