Steps forward have been taken for a possible transfer of Danilo from Manchester City to Inter. In fact, the player has given his 'yes' to a move to Inter and is willing to give up a little bit in order to fulfill his dream. In Manchester he currently earns 4.5 million euros per season (for another three years), while at Inter he would receive 3.5 million for four or five seasons. Conversations continue for Ausilio, who originally showed interest in the player in October. Manchester City have not opposed a transfer of the player but are currently waiting until the end of the Premier League season to decide whether or not to accept Inter's initial offer of 15 million plus bonuses.
Now the ball is in Inter's court, as they should be able to move things along quickly by slightly firming up their offer. Marotta, however, seems intent on also waiting until the end of the season in order to ensure Champions League football for next season and also for who will be the manager of the team, to have a final ok.
