Inter are one step closer to signing Christian Eriksen following a recent dinner between Beppe Marotta and the Danish midfielder's agent Martin Schoots who returned to Italy after meeting with sporting director Piero Ausilio in London- the meeting allowed the parties to define the contractual details with Inter's offer reaching €8 million a season after taxes plus €2 million in bonuses.
Inter have an agreement with Eriksen, but to complete the deal they'll have to continue to negotiate with Spurs who are asking for €20 million while Inter have so far offered between €10 and €12 million. The intermediaries are at work to bridge the gap and give Conte a significant reinforcement.
