This tweet by Mauro Icardi almost sounds like the anmouncement of the extension through 2021 that he's working on with Inter. The new contract should feature annual salary of €4.5 million net of taxes plus bonuses, should they all be reached the wages would go up to €5 million. Inter wants to keep their captain long term, the contract could feature an exit clause higher than €100 million, likely in the €110 million range. The exit clause is expected to only be effective for teams outside of Italy and will have a set date it needs to be exercised by.
