After a promising start, Inter are facing a deep in form and result that made them plunge to 5th place. Slovenian goalkeeper Samir Handanovic discussed Nerazzurri's moment in an interview with Corriere dello Sport: "During a campaign everyone has good and bad moments and this is definitely a bad one that we have to overcome. We have a goal to reach, that's Champions League qualification, we have to fight together until the end to reach it. We have to avoid the transfer rumors, like the ones on contract extensions or players that might come or leave. Such things take some serenity from the team. It's evident that under Spalletti there has been a change in team mentality. We have to go back to what we were in the first part of the season, we can't even think about not qualifying for next Champions League".
Handanovic commented als on their next opponent, Sarri's Napoli: "They have been working with the same coach for three seasons now, they play together and there are just a few changes in the starting line-up for everry game: they know each other on the pitch. They play with one or two touches of the ball, they enjoy themselves and they know what to do in every situation. Sarri's football is among the best in Europe".
