With Sporting Clube de Portugal there are several conditions where the clubs have not found agreement, including the payment structure of the deal. Joao Mario, meanwhile, did not join his clubs training during the day, and in the afternoon was not present at the club's training ground in hopes that he had already been made an Inter player.
