Good news has arrived for Inter and Roberto Gagliardini. The midfielder, who left the National team retreat on Saturday as a precaution following an unclear Covid test result, took another test that came back negative. The former Atalanta player was unable to play in Italy's Nations League match against Poland yesterday (which Italy won 2-0), but will be available for Antonio Conte.
This is not the first doubtful swab for Gagliardini, who went through a similar situation for Inter's Serie A match against Atalanta. He was unable to train for or play in the match.
There is an additional update for nerazzurri attacker Andrea Pinamonti, who will be disqualified for Italy's upcoming Europe U21 match against Sweden. He will return to Inter and train at the Centro Sportivo Suning.
