Inter's answer to bolster their attack seems to have a new focus: Marcus Thuram, the notion has gained momentum thanks to his versatility. There are talks ongoing from Raiola with Borussia Monchengladbach to see if the club is willing to sell, while Inter looks at the feasibility of the transfer.
There are other avenues where interest from the nerazzuri lies, but Zapata of Atalanta has ceased. The club hasn't found a replacement for the Colombian, therefore they will not sell him. Notwithstanding, his agents are in Italy and are aware of his positive feelings towards the interest from other clubs. Correa from Lazio meanwhile is more valid: Inzaghi likes him and Inter are keeping talks alive.
Lorenzo Insigne, Napoli's captain who is on an expiring contract, is not to be forgotten. Inter have not yet made an offer, but they could do so in the waning days of the transfer window, especially if Sanchez' injury situation creates space for a new attacker. The move could be completed separately from that of Thuram or Correa.
There are also positive feelings around an extension to Lautaro Martinez, while distance remains between the sides, it is nothing too large to overcome. The sides are working on a deal for €6 million per season net of taxes, to be signed either before the transfer windows ends or just after. And Pinamonti is moving away from Inter, most likely to Empoli, with which the closing is expected before Saturday.
