Christian Eriksen has completed his big January move from Tottenham to Inter, and the midfielder is getting accustomed to playing in Serie A. Thanks to an expiring deal with Spurs, Inter were able to land Eriksen, who was interviewed by Sky Sport: "There were many teams after me in the last window but Inter made a concrete effort. I liked the idea and it was easy to say yes, I want to win something in this shirt and now there is a good chance of that. Losing the Champions League final was a big disappointment, but now I want to start a new journey, especially becuase the last time I won a trophy was at Ajax a long time ago, I hope I can win here. I am happy that Conte considers me special, I feel the same being here, I am focused on the challenge. When I was young I loved Totti's Roma and followed them. When I was growing up I followed Michael Laudrup, one of the best Danish players ever, I would say he's my idol. They say I am very similar to Sneijder, but it's hard to make comparisons. Maybe we seem similar becuase I am losing my hair too and we both spent time at Ajax. He won everything here and I'd love to accomplish the same, but first we must return to the Champions League and next year we will discuss it. As players, I think we are different.
