"I wanted to change the entire structure and culture, because that club hadn't won anything for a long time. I completely immersed myself in this, I really wanted to work with the players. I was dealing with a rotten group, but I was not allowed to get rid of some players. Maybe I made a mistake here, because I needed to push a bit harder. Maybe I just wanted to be everyone's friend."
