Inter & Cagliari still far apart in Nainggolan negotiation

Cagliari have yet to reach an agreement with Inter for Radja Nainggolan. The Sardinian club have already agreed to personal terms with the Belgian international, but the two clubs are still distant when it comes to the transfer fee for Nainggolan.
