Despite having to face some issues both on and off the pitch, Inter's morale is high ahead of the Europa League match. However, the Nerazzurri, that worked on Thursday morning in traning, will have to do without many players for the clash against the German side, including Nainggolan.
The Belgian midfielder won't be available for the Europa League game due to a muscle injury suffere in training, with Inter physio staff working towards his recovery for the derby game against Milan, scheduled on March the 17th.
Spalletti will also have limited options upfront, as Keita Baldé hasn't made the squad for the Frankfurt game, despite returning to training with the rest of the group. Not available, because not included in the UEFA squad list, also Dalbert, Gagliardini and Joao Mario. The Nerazzurri are expected to play in a 4-3-3, with Cedric as right back and Miranda as De Vrij's replacement. In midfield, Spalletti is pondering the composition of the trio with two options being possible: Brozovic, Borja Valero and Vecino or Asamoah played in a more central position, with D'ambrosio played as left-back.
There's no doubt about who will play upfront: Politano, Lautaro and Perisic will lead Inter's attack, with Candreva as an option off the bench. Here's Inter full expected line-up:
4-3-3: Handanovic; Cédric, Miranda, Skriniar, Asamoah; Brozović, Borja Valero, Vecino; Politano, Lautaro, Perišić.
