Inter await Eriksen's response to join in January: the situation

Inter is expecting a response on Christian Eriksen to come in a short while, the offer the nerazzurri submitted has not received a response yet from the player's agents. The answer from Eriksen should come by latest Monday, if not sooner. Serious talks with Tottenham hinge on the approval of the offer, which Inter is hopeful of. Conte's plan is to acquire Eriksen in January, and Inter would therefore avoid having to re-negotiate terms with the player should a deal be for June.
