Zlatan Ibrahimovic loves challenges. Milan's one is proving him right so far, as he's helping his teammates to reach the first four spots in the league with 14 goals.
Swedish media are reporting that he's about to accept another big challenge: a resounding return with Swedish National team, at 39 years old. There are less than a hundred days to Euro 2021 final stage, and Ibrahimovic could start playing the matches that qualify to the 2022 World Cup, looking to be ready for the European competition, which will take place this summer.
The news hasn't been confirmed yet but Footboldirekt reports that the player could take part to the match against Georgia, on 25th March. He seems to have forgotten the frictions with coach Janne Andersson: contacts are already ongoing between the two.
