After winning his second Serie A title in a row at Juventus, Gonzalo Higuain is now focused on the World Cup. The striker spoke to ESPN about his future from Argentina’s retreat in Albiceleste:”I have a contract with Juventus, I have nothing to add. No one has communicated to me any changes, so I’m serene, my daughter will grow up in Turin. Would I like to play in the Premier League someday? Certainly, it’s by far the best league in the world and the matches are always entertaining for those watching, I’d like to play in it”
Higuain was also asked his experience playing with Gigi Buffon:”It was an honor to play with him and be his friend. He’s an exceptional person on and off the pitch. He told me he’ll support Argentina during the World Cup”
