Giampaolo Pazzini was interviewed by Sky Sport where he reiterated his desire to stay at Hellas Verona and help them get back to the Serie A.
"What convinced me to stay? Honestly, it was last year when I made my decision, I was convinced and very happy. I don't want to make a change based on a year that went poorly. So I am very happy, although no-one expected us to play in the Serie B."
"We are here with great enthusiasm and I'm very curious due to many reasons, one being that I haven't played in the Serie B for many years, however I think we have all the conditions required to do good things because this club deserves to be in the Serie A. I hope we can have a good year. Last season things were complicated from the very beginning to the end. This year all of us, players and supporters, need to have a year filled with satisfaction" Pazzini concluded.
