Like a circle that is closing. From Paolo Cannavaro to Marek Hamsik, from Marek Hamsik to Paolo Cannavaro. In January of 2014 the defender said goodbye to Napoli and gave his captain’s armband to the Slovakian midfielder and now Hamsik is returning the favor.
After his last match for Napoli, Hamsik decided to gift his game worn jersey to Paolo Cannavaro who decided to share the moment on Instagram. Hamsik is expected to sign a three year deal with Chinese club Dailan on Monday
