An opportunity to stay in shape with an eye towards the next Euro. Emil Hallfredson will in fact start practicing with Padova this afternoon, the Icelandic midfielder has been inactive since the end of the 2018-19 season and wants to be ready to represent his country next summer.
Hallfredson asked his former sporting director from his time at Hellas Verona, Sean Sogliano, the opportunity to practice with Padova, currently in the third division, as he waits for a better opportunity- he could however stay with the biancoscudati should the parties hit it off
