Gilardino couod rescind his contract with Pescara after having surgery

Another injury could jeopardize Alberto Gilardino future at Pescara. The former Milan striker joined Zeman's club last January after previously playing for Empoli, but now he'll need to have surgery on Wednesday on his injured knee.
