Genoa, Preziosi:"Starting tomorrow the team will be on retreat, and will stay there until we avoid relegation"

The home loss to Chievo on Sunday was just the latest disappointing result this season for Genoa. After previously trying a coaching change only to have Juric return to manage the team, now president Enrico Preziosi is ready to take more action, this is what he told journalists after today's training session:"The manager had prepared the match well but the players lowered their concentration too soon. The fans need to understand we're fragile, they can't interrupt the match. We didn't lose the match because of it but it contributed significantly. I explained to the players that starting tomorrow they won't see their families and will be on retreat. When the match against Inter ends they'll travel to Sicily while on retreat until we win the match to avoid relegation"
