Cesare Prandelli has arrived to Genoa training ground to have a meeting with the club's management to discuss the future. The Rossoblu president Enrico Preziosi won't take part in the meeting, as he will be on vacation until next week. The coach will be joined by the club's CEO Zarbano, the general director Perinetti and the sporting director Donatelli. The parties will discuss the future, in order to decide whether the coach will leave the club or not, with the possibility of a departure being the most likely outcome at the moment. The meeting with president Preziosi will be crucial in this sense.
Should Prandelli and Genoa decide to part ways, the top choice for the Rossoblu job is SPALs Leonardo Semplici. The coach of the Ferrara-based club has already met with sporting director Vagnati, as the club has shown the desire to continue with Semplici and now they wait for a final resposnse from the manager.
