After bidding farewell to the fans at the Ferraris stadium after Genoa's final match against Torino, it appears clear that Mattia Perin has played his last game with the club. At the club's year-end event, the goalkeeper spoke to the rumors surrounding his future, especially the idea that Juventus could move to sign the 25-year-old: "I have a clear idea but I won't say them to you, I want to get out of my comfort zone and put myself into the game and now I can do that because Genoa has allowed me to grow. I like to remember not just the saves, but also the goals I've given up during the year because those I think help me to grow more. I have had some contacts from foreign clubs but my priority is to stay in Italy. Juventus? I would not be afraid to wear the black and white shirt, nor that of any other big club even though in every great team there is a great keeper, and I may have to play for the role."
