Giuseppe Rossi is set to receive more time on the sidelines with a quad injury, Genoa revealed on Tuesday. The club released a statement on Rossi's condition:
"Genoa Cricket and Football Club announces that player Giuseppe Rossi underwent medical examinations which indicated a lesion in the quadriceps in his left thigh. The club's medical staff is preparing to reevaluate the injury in ten days to monitor the condition."
