Genoa are pushing to sign right-back Petern Ankersen from Copenaghen in case of possible Romulo departure. Should the Italian-Brazilian leave the club (with Brescia pursuing him), the Rossoblu could sign the Dane as replacement, with Copenaghen open to let him go for free. Ankersen was also in caontact with his fellow countrymen Schone and Lerager - already at Genoa - to persuade him to join the Serie A side.
A deal could be reached, as the Italian club has already agreed terms with the player on his salary, but now they are waiting for Romulo's sale before closing the deal.
