Gabigol is currently with Brazil at the Olympics but Inter's offer is certainly in his mind. He is a concrete idea for Inter as their sporting director Piero Ausilio, who returned in Italy after having presented Santos with their offer, is now waiting for their response.
Inter offered 25 million euros for the player and if he is given the go ahead, he would then speak to the player's agents about a possible contract (Juventus also have interest in the player).
During tonight's Brazil game, the player's agent Wagner Ribeiro as well as Gabigol's family were all present to watch him play, as Inter is on their minds. The player's father likes Inter's offer but will probably want to wait for the Olympics to end, so that his son can fully concentrate on the games to be played. In the meantime, he will also listen to other potential offers so that his son can make the best possible decision.
