After returning to Serie A, Frosinone are now focused on bolstering their squad starting with the keeper position. Atalanta backstop Marco Sportiello is now the favorite over Gabriel in large part because of the formula of the potential deal, Sportiello would arrive on loan with option to buy while with Gabriel the option would become forced should Frosinone avoid relegation.
In addition to Sportiello, Frosinone are also following Roma defender Leandro Castan who spent last season on loan at Cagliari. Frosinone are also focused on making additions to their management team, with Stefan’s Capozucca expected to be named as a collaborator in the sporting area
