Tianjin Quanjian is still pursuing Kalinic. The Chinese club is about to put forth a new offer for the Croatian with the hope that a deal can be reached in the next few days. Contacts between the two clubs are proceeding and Tianjin is ready to offer 40 million euros (a figure very close to that of the player’s buyout clause of 50 million). Kalinic will take a day to reflect and decide on whether to take the offer, but he seems to be leaning towards leaving.
If he leaves, Zaza does not appear to be among the primary contenders to replace him. The most desired option is that of Seferovic. If the deal were to happen, the player would be returning to Italy having already played for Fiorentina and Lecce.
