Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso returned to Florence after almost a month from his last visit to the city. The Viola's chairman, who will be at the Artemio Franchi for the Lecce game on Saturday, has a packed schedule for the next few days, having to resolve important matters like, among the others, the new training centre and the recent performances of the squad.
Fiorentina are in fact are struggling to find consistency, as they won just one of their last six games in Serie A and they are now sitting at 10th place in the standings with 16 points in 13 games. Another important matter that Commisso will have to deal with is also Federico Chiesa's situation. The 21-year old didn't play against Hellas Verona due to a problem to his adductor muscle, but the situation regarding his contract extension remains topical.
Commisso arrived at the hotel in Florence around 10 am local time, followed by sporting director Pradè and Enrico Chiesa, Federico's father and agent and a meeting between Pradè and Chiesa - Commisso has not taken part to the summit yet - to discuss the present and future of the winger is ongoing.
