Fiorentina pursue Torino midfielder Meite’: the situation

After replacing Vincenzo Montella with Beppe Iachini at the manager position, Fiorentina are now focused on improving the squad during the January window. The Tuscan club are looking at options to bolster the midfield, in addition to Sassuolo's Alfred Duncan whom Iachini previously managed, Fiorentina have made the initial inquiry for Soualiho Meite' who currently plays at Torino. 

So far this season, Meite' has appeared in 20 matches, 14 in Serie A and 6 in the Europa League- Fiorentina are looking to acquire him to raise the level in second half of the season.
