After getting a point in the goalless draw with Npaoli, Fiorentina coach Stefano Pioli commented the match and the goals of his team for the remaining part of the season in an interview with Radio1: "We put up a fight with a team that is competing against Juventus, they are doing amazingly. Lafont made some great saves, but the team played well as a whole. We got a quality keeper with potential, but he has to remain with his feet on the ground. Fiorentina had many great goalkeepers in the past and I believe that Lafont could become one of them one day. The goals for the season? Coppa Italia is definitely one, then we want to finish high in the standings in the league too".
Finally, the coach was asked about the future of the star player of his young side, Federico Chiesa: "He is improving a lot. He is not the kind of player to score 20 goals per seasson, but he is getting better at finishing too. He is at Fiorentina, but I don't know what will happen in the future and I don't want ot think about it either. Many players are showcaisng their qualities and many of them could be targeted by big clubs".
