Fiorentina, Paulo Sousa:"Coaching in Italy is a marvelous opportunity to improve"

After the draw in the first match in Europa League against Paok, Fiorentina is ready to face Qarabag. The Tuscan club's coach Paulo Sousa spoke to Sky Sport about the upcoming game:"Usually the first few matches in Europe present many surprises, Qarabag is a very balanced team with international experience. Two years ago they showed they could do excellent things by winning against Dnipro. We'll have to entertain and make people have a good time, if we don't have intensity on the pitch we'll have problems" Paulo Sousa then talked about coaching in Serie A:"Managing in Italy is an important achievement, for me it's a marvelous opportunity to grow. Italian coaches are very prepared tactically, I try to play attacking football and there is a lot of complexity as a result: Italy is giving me an opportunity to grow a lot"
