Fiorentina, meeting scheduled with Giovanni Simeone's agent

After an excellent first season in Serie A, Giovanni Simeone is a transfer target for multiple clubs. Fiorentina is looking to defeat the competition and their sporting director Pantaleo Corvino is scheduled to meet with the striker's agent Leo Rodriguez, who is expected in Italy on Tuesday, to work on bridging the gap between their offer of €20 million plus bonuses and Genoa's demand of €25 million plus bonuses- the deal could be reached at the half way point. At the moment Fiorentina is ahead in the race compared to Torino who have offered €18 million plus bonuses. Malaga and Villarreal are also interested but Simoene's preference is to stay in Italy- next week should bring more developments.
